Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner on Thursday evening 11 May 2023 is automatically included in the full conference fee. We kindly ask you to confirm your participation in the Conference Dinner.

Welcome Reception

Welcome Reception will be arranged on Wednesday 10 May 2023. The reception is included in the conference fees, but we kindly ask you to confirm your participation in the Welcome Reception.

Arrival Event

Arrival Event will be organised on Tuesday 9 May 2023 and it is included in the conference fees. We kindly ask you to confirm your participation in the Arrival Event.

Optional Programme

The local organisers are planning to organise excursions to experience the Aarhus Region Friday evening 12 May and/or Saturday 13 May for those interested against a separate fee.

Excursions could contain:
- Travel back in time at the Old Town Museum
- Wildernes cooking in Mols Bjerge National Park
- Sailing Event Aarhus Harbour
- Guided Viking Tour at MOMU Moesgaard Museum

Non-members conference fees include the ECSB membership for a year. Memberships will be activated after the conference. As an ECSB member you will be entitled to receive the ECSB Newsletters and emails to get information on ECSB events and member benefits. Please let us know if you wish to receive ECSB newsletter and be included in the ECSB mailing list:

Note that even if you opt for not subscribing to the ECSB Newsletters and mailing list, ECSB may still send you information regarding your membership e.g. a welcome letter and membership expiration notifications. Naturally 3E 2023 organisers will also be able to contact you to provide information regarding the conference and your registration.
