SAMOS CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM

Due to the continuing COVID-19 situation and many uncertainties, the SAMOS XXI organization team made the difficult decision of holding SAMOS XXI as a virtual event. More details on how the event will be organized will be emailed to the each participant in the coming weeks. For more details on how to prepare your presentation (if you are an author presenting a paper in the conference), please follow the Presentation Guidelines page. For that reason, this year, the conference registration fee as well as the price of the additional pages for authors have been reduced. More specifically, the author registration fee has been reduced to 150 EUR per paper and any additional extra page (up to 4 extra pages per paper) has been reduced to 50 EUR per additional page. All the accepted papers will be published by Springer in the LNCS series as planned.

In the following, you can register for the SAMOS 2021 conference. The registration process consists of three steps:

  • STEP 1: Fill in your contact information in this page.
  • STEP 2: Choose the appropriate registration fee (author fee) and extra pages, if necessary, in the next page.
  • STEP 3: Select the appropriate method of payment (bank transfer or Paypal) and perform the payment in the final page. If you select bank transfer, you will receive an email with the bank details to perform the payment. If you select Paypal, you will be redirected to the paypal website, where you will perform the actual payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address once the payment is completed. The receipt of your registration will be sent after few days by email.

The registration fee includes:

  • access to the on-line conference and special sessions proceedings (SAMOS 2021);
  • attendance to the online SAMOS conference and special sessions presentations. A link to access them will be sent to each conference author.

Note for authors (Regular Sessions and Special Sessions). Authors are requested to register by June 14, 2021 and pay their fee by June 28, 2021. Each paper included in the proceedings (regular conference and special sessions) requires one of the authors to register and pay in full the author registration fee (150 EUR), even in case he/she is a student. Papers cannot be published in the proceedings unless one of the authors has registered and the payment of the registration fee (with the additional page charges, if any) has been received. Please note that, according to Springer LNCS policy, each of the paper accepted for publication in the proceedings has to be presented in the conference by one of the authors, or somebody appointed for them. Please fill in the 'final' title of the paper you are registering for in the corresponding textbox.
