REGISTRATION DEADLINE AND INFORMATION

Sep 04, 2020 is the deadline for completion of your registration to make sure your papers are covered by the registration and will be included in the conference proceedings.

All other information about INTERSPEECH 2020 registration, including payment methods and our terms & conditions, as well as later registration options without paper coverage, can be fournd under Registration Overview and Fees on the conference website.

Due to the huge number of expected participants, on-site registration is strongly discouraged and will only be possible using the online registration form and credit-card payment.

From September 24, 2020, only credit-card payments will be accepted due to the significant time delays involved with bank transfers.

ISCA membership

Please note that it is mandatory to be an ISCA member in order to participate. If you are already an ISCA member, you will be asked to input your ISCA membership number as validation. You can find your number here. If not, you have two options:

• selecing a package including ISCA membership through this registration process (including an administrative surcharge), or
• joining the association through their website. Please note that there is a delay of 48 hours between application and confirmation. After you have received your confirmation you can return to this page and continue the process from where you left it (using your registration code)
• for whom is an ISCA Travel Grantee but not an ISCA member: The membership number is not required. You can also submit an unused number, e.g. 99999, and skip the ID checking. Note that the grant award only cover one paper. If you have more than one paper accepted, the papers which are not covered by grant award can be registered according to the price of ISCA member. But, due to technique reasons, please registering as non-member status firstly.  After conference,  we’ll return the reimbursement according to the price difference.

If you have been awarded already an ISCA Travel Grant, please select "Grant award participant" in the following box, independent of whether you are a student or not.
If you intend to apply for a grant, do not register for the conference before you have received notification of the outcome of the grantee selection, on September 1.

If you are a student without ISCA Travel Grant, please select "Student participant".

If you are designated participant by the Sponsor, please select "Sponsor participant"

If you are a Tutorial or Keynote speaker participant, please select "Tutorial or Keynote speaker participant" and "Without paper".

Additionally, all student and retired participants must mail a proof of status as a pdf file to registration@interspeech2020.org.

Contact information

Please fill in your contact information as you would like it to get printed on your receipt and on your badge (name and affiliation only).

If you require the invoice and receipt to be addressed to an institution or company, rather than to yourself, please tick the checkbox and fill in the details below. Please note that the name and address of the company/institution need to be provided. The VAT number is optional, and will be included only if provided.

Paper coverage

There will be two types of registrations for the virtual conference – (1) registration for participants with papers to present and (2) registration for participants who are not presenting any paper.

Please input the papers that should be covered by this registration. Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one full or student registration by one of its co-authors.

 Each registration can only cover one paper. In the text input below, please input your paper number.

Participation in other events

Please specify whether you would like to participate in INTERSPEECH 2020 tutorials. This year, attendance to tutorials and satellite workshops are free.

Electronic abstract book

Included with the registration, you will receive the conference proceedings (electronic form), plus download access to the conference app which contains all the information of the abstract book including the options to take notes and to build your personal conference schedule.

Data processing

Make sure that you have read all the terms and conditions including our cancellation, publicity, and data protection policies on the Registration Overview and Fees page. Please consult also the data protection information and the legal notice of the conference organizer.
The EU General Data Protection Regulation requires that the conference organiser asks for your consent to collect, store, and process your personal data including images and video recordings for the purpose of organizing this conference including paper presentation and publication, registration, payment, email communication including visa letters, conference documentation and publicity, as well as to forward your membership and survey data to ISCA and to provide services to you on behalf of ISCA.
You can withdraw your consent any time by cancelling your registration to the conference.
