IMPORTANT: The conference is running a DOUBLE-BLIND REVIEW PROCESS. In preparing your abstract submission, DO NOT include any information which could reveal your identity, or that of your co-authors. The title of submission, abstract, and supporting document sections of your abstract submission must not contain any author names, affiliation status or self-references; otherwise, your abstract submission will be automatically rejected. In other words, make your abstract submission as anonymous as possible. We need your cooperation in our effort to maintain a fair, double-blind reviewing process - and to consider all abstract submissions equally.

TO MAKE AN ABSTRACT SUBMISSION, please fill in the form below, and then press the SAVE button located at the bottom. It is assumed that the presenting author of an abstract submission for oral consideration will have adequate command of English to present and to respond to questions. If that is not the case, the author should choose a poster as their preference. The presenting author must be one of the co-authors listed on the submitted abstract. Please enter the complete list of authors making sure to include the presenter and main contact for your abstract submission. You can add as many author slots as you want, to accommodate the total number of authors for your abstract submission. ALL fields MUST be completed for each author and co-author(s).
