Type of Registration: Fees are posted under the "Register Today" tab located at www.HPLC2020-USA.org.

Payment must be made by check or credit card payable in US Dollars and drawn on a US bank (no bank wire transfers).

Registration is not accepted or acknowledged until payment is received.

By submitting this registration, you authorize HPLC 2020 to share your information with attendees, registrants, sponsors, etc. in accordance with the Privacy Policy stated at HPLC2020-USA.org.

Student Registrants: In order for the student rate to be accepted, must submit proof of current full-time graduate or undergraduate, not postdoctoral, status at an academic institution by providing both a copy of your Student ID and a letter on university stationery from your department chair along with the department chair contact details and email. Email the letter and copy of the Student ID to janet@barrconferences.com.

Academic rate is only applicable to individuals holding full-time appointments at an academic institution.

All Oral Presenters: In order to present, the presenting author of each lecture must be registered as a conference attendee (not booth staff) and must complete the registration process by paying online by April 30 to confirm intent to attend and present at the meeting.

All Poster Presenters: In order to present, the presenting author of each poster must be registered as a conference attendee (not booth staff) and must complete the registration process by paying online by May 20 to confirm intent to attend and present at the meeting.

REFUND POLICY: Must cancel in writing on or before April 20, 2020 to receive a refund less a 20% processing fee; no refunds after April 20, 2020; must contact Symposium Manager prior to the conference if you wish to transfer the registration (301-668-6001).

By submitting this registration, I authorize the symposium to share my Contact Information with attendees, registrants, etc. in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" stated at hplc2020-usa.org. And by submitting this registration or visiting the conference, I agree that pictures, video footage, images taken by the organizers or their representatives may be used for promotional purposes without my further approval and that I waive derived rights. If you do not wish to receive emails from exhibitors, sponsors, you may follow the exhibitors, sponsors opt out or unsubscribe instructions following receipt of an email from them.

The cost to attend short courses is in addition to the symposium registration fee. Short Courses are sold in half-day increments [each additional short course; limited availability; additional short courses available only to conference participants with a paid/purchased bundled, full, academic, student, or one-day conference meeting registration]. Full-day short courses equal two half-day short course purchases. For registrations paid at the Bundled Package rate, one free half-day short course is included (if you prefer a full-day short course, you must purchase an additional half-day short course). NON-conference participants, or those without a paid/purchased meeting registration, are sold in half-day increments. Full-day short courses equal two half-day short course purchases.
