IEEE-NANOMED 2017 ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

REGISTRATION DEADLINE AND INFORMATION

All presenters and attendees must register online.

The registration fee covers the following:

  • Each registration includes access to technical sessions 1 CD (or USB) Proceedings, 1 Welcome Reception ticket, 1 Banquet ticket, and 3 lunch tickets. Drinks and food served at the coffee breaks are also free to all registered attendees.
  • For IEEE Life Member Registration:
    Free of charge.
  1. Each paid registration of the above fee covers up to two (2) papers maximum.
  2. An additionalRMB 1500/ USD 225 must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors.
  3. For papers with more than 6 pages, the author needs to pay RMB 1500/ USD 225 per page for the extra pages to be in the conference proceedings.

Refund Policy

  • 50% of the paid registration fee will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellation is made on/before November 20, 2017.
  • No refund will be given if cancellation is made after November 20, 2017.
