Type of Registration: The registration fees are posted under the "Registration" tab located at www.prepsymposium.org.Payment must be made by check or credit card payable in US Dollars and drawn on a US bank (no bank wire transfers).Registration is not accepted or acknowledged until payment is received. Refund Policy: Must cancel in writing on or before March 15, 2018 to receive a refund less a $100 processing fee; no refunds after March 15.By submitting this registration, you authorize the PREP meeting to share your information with attendees, etc.Receipt will be emailed to confirm registration when online payment is accepted.SUNDAY EDUCATIONAL TRAINING...space limited; must pre-register; no refunds; open to non-meeting attendees; free to student registrants if space is available noting that paid participants receive priority consideration. The list of workshops may be found at http://prepsymposium.org/workshop-sunday.htmlSTUDENT REGISTRANT: Must submit verification of your current full-time graduate or undergraduate, not postdoctoral, status at an academic institution by providing both a copy of your Student I.D and a letter from your department chairman on University stationery. One Sunday workshop is free to student symposium registrants if space is available, noting that paid full and one-day participants receive priority consideration and the student must pre-register by June 15 to participate. HOTEL RESERVATION: To make your reservation, please visit www.PREPsymposium.org and go to the link, “Plan Your Trip.” The meeting will be held in The Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD, USA. Please support the conference by staying at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor. The room rates are discounted and include free standard Internet: $189 per night plus tax single or double occupancy, $214 plus tax for triple occupancy, and $239 plus tax for quadruple occupancy. The conference dates are July 8-11, 2018, and the discounted rate is available three days pre- and post-conference dates. It will be wise to make your hotel reservation as early as possible to secure the discounted room rate which will be available until June 14, 2018, or until the rooms or rates are sold out. The hotel will definitely sell out of rooms early during this busy time of year at the Inner Harbor! You may make your hotel reservation online, or by contacting the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor by phone at 410-528-1234 and citing "PREP 2018" to receive the discounted room rate (please request and receive confirmation to be sure the reservation has been made). All reservations must be accompanied by a check for the first night's room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is noon.
