Registration is not accepted or acknowledged until payment is received.

By submitting this registration, you authorize the ISPPP meeting to share your information with attendees, registrants, etc.

By submitting this registration or visiting the conference, you agree that pictures, video footage, images taken by the organizers or their representatives may be used for promotional purposes without your further approval and that you waive derived rights.

By attending the conference, you assume entire responsibility and liability for damage and injury to persons or property during the conference to include losses, thefts, damages, injuries and claims arising out of your activities on the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor premises and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold forever harmless the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor, Society for the Advancement of Separations Technology, ISPPP, Barr Enterprises, its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all such losses, damages, and claims, present or future, known, anticipated or unanticipated. Participants are responsible for arranging their personal travel and health insurance.

All Oral and Poster Presenters: In order to present, the presenting author of each lecture and poster must pre-register as a conference attendee (not exhibit staff) and submit payment online to keep the paper in the program.

Refund Policy: Must cancel in writing on or before March 15, 2019 to receive a refund less a $100 processing fee; no refunds after March 15. Registration is transferable; must contact Symposium Manager by no later than one week prior to the conference to transfer and receive confirmation of the transfer of the registration (janet@barrconferences.com or telephone 301-668-6001).

Academic rate is only applicable to individuals holding full-time appointments at an academic institution.

STUDENT REGISTRANT: In order for the student registration rate to be accepted, after you register and submit payment online, please send us an e-mail with your proof of student status to request that we accept the student rate. Proof of student status is a copy of your Student ID and letter from your department chair verifying proof of current full-time graduate or undergraduate, not postdoctoral, status at the academic institution. By e-mail, please send your request along with an attached PDF containing proof of your student status (Student ID and letter) to shannon@barrconferences.com.

HOTEL RESERVATION: To make your reservation, please visit www.ISPPP.org and go to the link, “Hotel Information.” The meeting will be held in the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD, USA. Please support the conference by staying at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor. The room rates are discounted and include free standard Internet: $194 per night plus tax single or double occupancy, $219 plus tax for triple occupancy, and $244 plus tax for quadruple occupancy. The conference dates are July 10-12, 2019, and the discounted rate is available three days pre- and post-conference dates. It will be wise to make your hotel reservation as early as possible to secure the discounted room rate which will be available until June 19, 2019, or until the rooms or rates are sold out. The hotel will definitely sell out of rooms early during this busy time of year at the Inner Harbor! You may make your hotel reservation online, or by contacting the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor by phone at 410-528-1234 and citing "ISPPP 2019" to receive the discounted room rate (please request and receive confirmation to be sure the reservation has been made). All reservations must be accompanied by a check for the first night's room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am. One night’s room and tax will be assessed to any guest who departs prior to the date confirmed at check-in.

When applying for a Visa, the United States Consulate may require a letter of invitation from ISPPP 2019. Therefore, we kindly ask that you request the official letter of invitation several months in advance of the July 2019 conference, as it may take up to 6 months to get the visa processed. If you intend to submit an abstract to the conference, we encourage you to submit the abstract prior to requesting the official letter of invitation.
