May 12 is the deadline date for the early registration and payment of early registration fee.

- Full conference fee includes access to all oral presentations, keynote lectures, poster sessions, demonstrations, installations, evening concerts and late-night concerts. It also includes the welcome reception on May 26.
- Cancellation after May 8 are not refundable.
- Please be aware that, in order to present your work (paper/poster/music/demo/etc.), you need to have at least one of the authors/submitters registered by May 8; otherwise your work will not be published in the conference proceedings and/or program book.
