After you are officially notified that your abstract is accepted for oral or poster presentation, please submit a final copy of your abstract online as a PDF (with figures, if desired), not to exceed one page of the size A4. The PDF will then be published in the Book of Abstracts which will show all oral and poster abstracts that will be presented at HPLC 2014 New Orleans. Only abstracts submitted as a PDF will appear in the Book of Abstracts.

1. The abstract submission site will receive PDFs through March 24, 2014.
2. To submit PDF, "Access Previous Submission" at https://www.softconf.com/d/hplc2014/ .
3. Enter the abstract submission passcode that you received when the abstract was originally submitted.
4. Your original abstract submission was only so the scientific committee could review the abstract to determine its placement in the program.
5. You must submit your abstract as a PDF in order for it to be published.
6. March 24 is the final date to make any changes or revisions.
7. March 24 is also the last date we can receive new abstracts online for poster consideration.
8. If the title, list of authors or presenting author has changed, please be sure to return to your abstract submission and update the information, then contact us to confirm the changes at janetbarr@aol.com.

Abstract: (*)

Researchers with new results in areas relevant to the meeting topics are encouraged to submit abstracts for oral and/or poster presentation. Enter up to a 400-word abstract (type or cut-and-paste plain text only with no graphics). Abstracts for oral consideration must be submitted by December 16. Abstracts received after December 16 for oral presentation will be considered for an oral time slot if space is available to complete the program. INTENT TO SUBMIT: If you are not able to obtain company approval by the date the abstract is due, please enter the following information: title, authors and brief description of the kind of material that you would like to present, and indicate when approval is expected. This material will be kept confidential. For international travelers, please let us know now if you require a letter of invitation for Visa application purposes.
