REGISTRATION DEADLINE AND INFORMATION

July 31st is the deadline date for the completion of early online-registration.

Students:
Early registration : 95 Euros, late: 135 Euros
Registration fees including conference dinner on September, 1st:
Early registration: 160 Euros, late 200 Euros
Faculty:
Early registration : 135 Euros, late: 175 Euros
Early registration fee including conference dinner on September, 1st:
Early registration: 200 Euros, late: 240 Euros

Students who will be fully reimbursed by their department are strongly encouraged to register as faculty.

All presenters and attendees must register online. The data of the on-line registration will be registered for determining early versus late registration.

The payment system is partly up now:
Participants from Euroland are kindly asked to pay by bank transfer.

Indicate clearly the participant the payment is meant for as well as the purpose of the payment: AMLaP Conferences Fees.

Please do the transfers before August 15th. Please send a confirmation of your payment to the organizers as soon as possible.

Since bank transfers are very expensive for non-Euro countries, payment by credit card will be possible for non-Euroland participants, however, not before August 18th. If you register within the deadlines for early registration, early registration fees will apply. Fees will have to be transferred before AMLaP starts (before August 31st).


Fee is not prorated or refundable.
The registration fee includes access to the conference, coffee breaks, lunches, a reception on wednesday night. A conference dinner including a 2h30 trip on the Seine is included in the fees + dinner rates.

Space on the boat is limited. Dinner inclusive rates will be closed as soon as places on the boat will be sold out.
