REGISTRATION DEADLINE AND INFORMATION

15 December 2011 is the deadline for online registration and payment of the registration fee.
All committee members, presenters and attendees must register online.
Registration fee is not prorated or refundable.
You will receive automatic e-mail notification for successful registration.
The registration fee includes access to all presentations to be held on 4 - 5 January 2012 at the Hotel ICON and a dinner banquet to be held on 4 January 2012 at Metropolis Harbour View Chinese Cuisine.
