The FAQ system for START is divided in three access levels:

- Public FAQs, which can be browsed by everyone, which are related to
general questions about START, about the submission process and about
license agreements.

- FAQs available to registered users, which can be browsed by everyone who
registered in the system from the FAQ web interface

- START FAQs, available to conference managers, which covers the
configuration and usage of the START Manager Console. To get access to
